All companies need human capital. Without this, there is no business capable of producing goods or services to later offer them to its customers. Workers are their greatest instrument of work. Human Resources must be handled carefully and effectively by the relevant department within the company, which must look at both the company and the employee.

If there is a good relationship between the two parties, worker and employer, an atmosphere of work will be created which will facilitate cooperation and group work by looking both towards the same goal.

Building and maintaining a good relationship through Human Resources entails:

  • Encourage employees to get involved in the business, with this is achieved that the worker provides the best of himself.
  • Select workers with the right profile, experiences and skills, as well as giving the appropriate training to each job so that the worker thus obtain the confidence necessary in the development of his tasks.
  • To promote teamwork.

There are many companies that do not include this kind of policies, which leads the worker to sometimes be uncomfortable in his position and can lead to attitudes such as disinterest (less productivity), absenteeism and sometimes, In anxiety problems that lead to medical casualties.

In conclusion, thanks to the effort of the workers, the companies subsist, if they are unmotivated, the greatest impact will be for the entrepreneur who will see the productivity of his company diminished.
